CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 5 days before the trip, you may cancel rideshare tickets for full refund for any reason.  We will notify any additional passengers that you are cancelling.  They will have the option of paying the higher price based on the new number of passengers or cancelling also.  After 5 days prior, the tickets are non-refundable so that other riders will always have time to make alternate plans such as selecting someone from the waiting list, before getting stuck with a ticket that is too costly for their budget.  Any passenger, prior to 5 days before the trip, can always convert to a regular whole-plane charter booking with the regular 24 hour cancellation policy.  Whole-plane charter quotes are available at http://www.garyair.us or by calling 408-805-4359.
